We had a lovely time, especially enjoying the jacuzzi and lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family.

The beds were nice and firm, unlike many other hotels, where you sink in the middle of the bed and wake up with muscle ache the next morning.
The bathroom showed signs of age. Also, I think I got bitten by bedbugs or something else, but the spots looked awfully like bedbugs and itched for a couple days.

Nice, clean hotel. Small room, but all the necessary comfort. Great location in Moab, very close to Arches National Park and other outdoor activities (rafting, ...)

The staff was superbly friendly and helpful and we would stay here again. Overall it was a quite comfortable stay by one night. The location was great, near old town. Plus the hotel was near restaurants and eateries: )

The spacious room with a kitchenette made it easy to prepare snacks before heading out for outdoor fun. The hot tub was the biggest we've ever seen, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of hiking.
My children wished there were more play areas for them to hang out and blow off steam at the hotel.

It was an extremely quiet place to stay. We didn't hear doors shutting or showers going in other rooms. That was tops. It was great that they let us use the computer and had a printer also.
My husband wished for different type pillows - or a selection.

fridge, microwave and sink. having the pool to myself. Staff was friendly. A bar accross the street, and how close it was to town.
maybe make small things available to purchase at front desk or vending machine that you may have forgot. ie toothpaste, toothbrush, feminine products (which one of the staff, Austina so kindly helped me out w/ that one.).

I stayed for three nights in a junior suite with two queen beds. Clean room, comfortable beds. Hot tub was great. A bit noisy from neighbors made it hard to sleep some nights. Overall decent stay!

I loved the comfortable room decor, spaciousness, and friendly staff. The location was excellent, just a short stroll to shops and dining. The pool was a refreshing perk after our daily adventures, especially for seniors like me.
Would appreciate better check-in efficiency for seniors.
